Dream Garden Activity

The students used old seed catalogs to design their dream garden! Some had rainbow gardens with tons of color, some made pizza gardens with everything they loved to eat on a pizza. They got really creative! Attached is the worksheet and some examples of the students’ work.

Alden helps with the school garden program at Lafayette Elementary in (sometimes) sunny West Seattle. She loves to help the kids get their hands on nature, from worm bins to hydroponic basil. When not at school she can be found in her own garden or exploring the coast with her family and lovable golden doodle.
